Djay, a pimp and drug dealer, decides to put his dark past life behind him, by pursuing his dreams as a rap artist. Using his entrepreneurial skills which he learned from his illegal hustles, he starts to chase his dream, but consistently gets dealt with obstacles.

The Lessons:

1. Surround yourself with positive people
2. Never fully believe what anyone says; they may be lying to you
3. Refuse to be stopped by any obstacles you face

In this biographical film, Ving Rhames plays the controversial life of Don King. This film show you how King started his career as a street convict, then became a music promoter before finally making it as a big time boxing promoter.

The Lessons:

1. Don’t take no for an answer
2. Use your charisma to get people on your side
3. Don't wait for experience, just do it

4.Casino [1995] [True story] Click Here

This film is based on the rise and fall of Sam “ACE” Rothstein (Robert De Niro), a top Las Vegas casino gambling boss. Sam refuses to be associated with his Mafia friends, who eventually bring an end to his successful career and reputation.

The Lessons:

1. Never ask for permission, just do what you want to do
2. Only speak to powerful people when it comes to business
3. Never mingle with people with damaged reputations

This film is about Bud Fox (Charlie Sheen), a young, low-paid stockbroker who gets the chance to be in the presence of his Wall Street role model, Gordon Gecko (Michael Douglas), face-to-face, on a daily basis. The business relationship between the two starts well, and progresses until unresolved conflicts of interest [s, which] create[s] a huge disaster for them both.

The Lessons:

1. Never believe in everything your mentor says, no matter how rich they are
2. Make sure you always do your research
3. Listen more and talk less

Awake, is a thriller film based on a common event called "Anesthetic Awareness". Clay Beresford experiences an out of body experience, being consciously aware but physically paralysed. Through the traumatic experiences he realises the betrayal of the people he trusted the most.

The Lessons:

1. Don’t trust anybody. No matter who they are
2. Pay attention to your surrounds at all times, it leaves clues
3. Always have a back up strategy incase your first plan fails you

David Ames (Tom Cruise), a young rich publishing tycoon seems to have the ultimate lifestyle, until he meets a jealous ex lover that sets him up for disaster.

The Lessons:

1. Be careful of what you think and about most, you become what you think about the most
2. Take life serious but treat it like a game
3. Never talk negative about someone behind there back, it might come back to hunt you

    OOOPS.....My recommendation for "Boiler Room" was already listed....in that case, I highly recommend my favorite movie of all time....."The Fountainhead". Its about an architect who dares to be original with his ideas and live with integrity, and haters are attacking from all sides. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

    I love this site. I could not wait until it was back up....I am in the business of motivation so a site like this is very important. Ok enough of that. I have to recommend "Boiler Room" as a must see film.
